Return the product is acceptable only the product has blemished after receiving the item, we are responsible for the return and exchange of the new one but the customer must take a photo/video of the defective item that you’ve received within 7 working days by contacting our customer support team.


Noted to our dear customer:

According to the process of returning the product, we will inspect the item(s) before your return. You have to pack it back in its original packaging or good condition box including ensure that it is well-protected or not caused any more damaged.


***However, if it does not meet our standard and policy, we will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


VENISTAR concerns about the quality of the product and the customer’s satisfaction; so, if theirs is either damaged or blemish before using the product, we provide a limited time of 30 days for the warranty.

If the raw material (as locking, loop or handle, snap hook, and the bag strap) suffers breakage or is not in the good condition because of the manufacturing faults; we will offer you a one-time replacement and free repair of that defective item(s).

***Please be informed that apart from the aforementioned policy; the warranty does not cover the users’ accidental damage, scratch, loss or stolen***


Q: Do you provide International delivery?


A: We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we provide the delivery only in Thailand for now, but we have been planned to enhance the accessibility in the Asian region soon.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: The tracking number will be sent to you via registered    E-mail automatically after the order is placed.

Q: What are your delivery options?

A: We normally use Flash Logistics but in some areas, we will deliver by Kerry due to the inconvenience of COVID-19 situation.
